Community Mindfulness Retreat-Style Practice

This half-day of retreat-style practice is open to all, if you have no experience or years of experience, whether you are a student, faculty, staff or community member. All are welcome. You can even come late and leave early.

Join certified mindfulness teachers from the Wash U Mindfulness Science & Practice group for this community session that is open to all -- from no experience to years of experience, whether you are a student, faculty, staff or community member -- all are welcome. You can even come late and leave early.

The session will include a sound bath, nature-focused practices and lovingkindness meditation.
