Mindfulness Month Offerings

Danforth Campus Schedule | Med Campus Schedule

WashU Mindfulness Month 2025

This October, connect to nature, yourself and one another at connection points.

All events are free and open to the public.

All are invited to join the Mindfulness Science and Practice team for a variety of events throughout the month of October as we celebrate Mindfulness Month! There will be practice opportunities on the Danforth campus, featuring the Buder Center’s Connection Points, as well as medical campus options. Connection Points is an initiative dedicated to mental health and wellness, where Indigenous names and traditional uses of plants are being reintroduced to honor place and cultivate connection.
